Similarly, researches led by the Association pour le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019innovation participative<\/a> ( association for the development of collaborative innovation) stressed that organizations that adopted such initiatives have seen their productivity increase dramatically, their defective product rates pushed down as was employee absenteeism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Behind collaborative
